Creative Movement 1: Girls: Tights and leotard (any style or color), pink leather or canvas ballet shoes. Hair should be pulled up and back, preferably in a bun. Boys: Black dance pants or joggers with a fitted shirt (no loose-fitting clothing) and black leather or canvas ballet shoes.
Creative Movement 2: Girls: Tights and leotard (any style or color), pink leather or canvas ballet shoes. Hair should be pulled up and back, preferably in a bun. Boys: Black dance pants or joggers with a fitted shirt (no loose-fitting clothing) and black leather or canvas ballet shoes.
Creative Movement 2/Mini Tumblers: Girls: Convertible or footless tights and a dance leotard (any style or color), pink leather or canvas ballet shoes. Dancers may go barefoot for tumbling. Hair should be pulled up and back, preferably in a bun. Boys: Black dance pants or joggers with a fitted shirt (no loose-fitting clothing) and black leather or canvas ballet shoes.
Creative Movement 2/Mini Tappers: Girls: Tights and leotard (any style or color), pink leather or canvas ballet shoes, and black tap shoes. Hair should be pulled up and back, preferably in a bun. Boys: Black dance pants or joggers with a fitted shirt (no loose-fitting clothing), black leather or canvas ballet shoes, and black tap shoes.
Ballet 1 and 2: Girls: Pink tights and dance leotard in any style or color, Pink leather or canvas ballet shoes, Ballet skirt or shorts are acceptable, Hair should be pulled up and back into a bun. Boys: Black jogger pants, fitted t-shirt and black leather or canvas ballet shoes
Ballet 3 and up: Girls: Black leotard in any style or color, pink tights, pink leather or canvas ballet shoes, ballet skirts are acceptable, Hair must be pulled up and back into a bun. Boys: Black jogger pants, fitted t-shirt and black leather or canvas ballet shoes, dance belt for support
Tap Classes: Girls: Dance leotard in any style or color, along with leggings or dance shorts. Black tap shoes. Hair pulled up and back. Boys: Black dance pants or joggers, solid athletic or fitted shirt. Black tap shoes.
Jazz Classes: Girls: Dance leotard in any style or color, along with leggings or dance pants. Tan slip on jazz shoes. Hair pulled up and back. Boys: Black joggers or dance pants (long), a solid athletic or fitted shirt. Black slip on jazz shoes.
Hip-Hop Classes: Joggers or leggings with a solid color or "Barefoot" tank top or t-shirt. No jeans or street attire/uniforms. Clean, flat-soled WHITE sneakers that are worn only to Hip-Hop class. Students should change into their Hip-Hop shoes upon arrival to keep them clean, hair pulled up and back.
Modern, Lyrical and Contemporary Classes: Girls: Dance leotard in any style or color, along with leggings or dance pants. No shoes. Hair pulled up and back. Boys: Black dance pants or joggers, solid athletic or fitted shirt. No shoes.
Acro: Girls: Dance leotard (any style or color), dance shorts, no tights, no skirts. Hair should be pulled up and back. No shoes.
Boys: Tight-fitted or athletic shirt, shorts or joggers. No shoes. No jewelry.
Musical Theatre: Jazz/Yoga/Legging pant and slim fit tank or tee. Students can also pull pants over their tights and leotard if they choose. Slip on jazz shoes may b required. No outside shoes. Hair pulled up and back. Please no jeans or street attire/uniforms.
Please adhere to the following dress codes. If you have any questions regarding attire please ask your instructor. All shoes should be labeled with student initials or name on the inside. Students not dressed appropriately for class may be asked to sit out. Dress codes may be altered to teacher discretion. The below attire items can be purchased in our Barefoot Boutique.
